Call for Doctoral Consortium

We invite PhD and doctoral students in HCI to submit a paper and attend the Doctoral Consortium that has been organised in conjunction with the 32nd British HCI 2018 (http://hci2018.bcs.org) on 2nd July 2018.  This is a great opportunity to get feedback on your work, network with fellow HCI researchers, and explore career opportunities in industry and academia across the UK. During the day, students will present their work to the rest of the group with dedicated time allowed for detailed discussions and questions to improve the research programmes that are being undertaken.

Submission Guidelines

You are invited to submit a Doctoral Consortium paper via the EasyChair system by 31st March 2018. The proposal may include:

  1. Details on the context and background of your work
  2. Research objectives and questions
  3. Key points of the literature review
  4. Problem statement
  5. Research approach and methodology
